A quiet retreat perfect for the family holiday,or for house hunting.
We have a two bedroom comfortable spacious Cottage set in a small rural Hamlet. It has many traditional features original stone walls and exposed beams.
The Cottage situated within 1.25 acres of
mature gardens, with it's own enclosed private terraced garden.
Champain is only 10kms from the historic town of Parthenay. Within easy driving distance of several Airports and many tourist
attractions.The Coastline is less than one to one half hours away.
Three Star Accommodation comprises:
Open plan lounge/dinning room with English satellite television,Video and CD Player.
Kitchen well equipped for all your needs, electric oven and gas hob,washing machine, microwave oven ,iron and ironing board.
Down stairs Shower room - with wash basin and WC.
First Floor - Stair Gate at the top of the stairs which leads to a spacious Double Bedroom (an additional single bed could be arranged to allow for a 5th person)
The second bedroom has twin beds.
We supply all bedlinen, towels and tea towels. High Chair and Cot also available upon request.
Just out side the cottage is your own private terrace fully enclosed with garden furniture and a barbecue
Alternatively you can relax by the (shared with owners) pool set in lovely gardens with wonderful views onto the open Countryside.
Badminton and Table tennis on site and Fishing Lake 2kms. An abundance of walk ways through the beautifull countryside.
In addition you will find a fully fitted fitness room with a shower and a lovely Jacuzzi to relax with a glass of wine to end your perfect day.
